The Founding Offer is designed for people who need a credible working website without commissioning a large agency project. We agree the scope before the build begins.

Extra pages, major redesigns, substantial copywriting, custom systems, specialist integrations, premium third-party services and work outside the agreed build are quoted separately before we proceed.

We agree the build
We confirm what the site needs, what you already have, and the pages and integrations included.
BPS builds it
The website is designed and developed around your business rather than dropped into a generic template.
You review it
You receive the working site and can use the two included revision rounds to refine agreed content and presentation.
Pay the final invoice
BPS sends a Stripe invoice for the remaining £299, adjusted only if you have approved additional work.
We put it live
After final approval and payment, the website is launched and handed over with the accounts remaining in your control.
Built around your ownership
Your business should not depend on being trapped inside ours.
BPS can build and connect the website, but the important business accounts should remain yours.
Your domain
You buy and own your domain. BPS can help configure it and connect it to the finished website.
Your customer payments
If your site takes payments, your customers pay into your own Stripe or payment account, never through the BPS Stripe account.
Your content
You remain responsible for and retain rights in the original business content, images and materials you provide, subject to any third-party rights.
Optional after launch
Website Care · Founding Plan
You do not have to take a care plan. If you would rather not think about small website maintenance after launch, the Founding Plan is available for £20 per month.

Redesigns, new pages, new features, substantial fixes, copywriting and third-party costs are not included. Unused monthly update time does not roll over. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

Questions
Before you pay the deposit.
Do I have to pay the full £399 upfront?
No. The live payment link takes a £100 deposit. The remaining £299 is sent as a Stripe invoice before the site is launched.
What if I need more than the agreed scope?
We will tell you before carrying out additional paid work. Approved extras are added to the final balance or quoted separately.
Do I have to subscribe to Website Care?
No. Website Care is optional. You can take the finished website without the monthly plan.
Who owns the domain?
You do. We recommend that the domain is registered in your own account, with BPS given only the access needed to configure the website.
If my customers pay through the website, where does the money go?
Into your own Stripe or other payment account. BPS Stripe is only for BPS products and services.
What happens after I pay the deposit?
After payment, you will be directed to the BPS Digital Website Build onboarding form. Your brief is sent to BPS so we can review the project, confirm the scope and prepare for the project call before development begins.
