Musician · Songwriter · Producer
Songs built from instinct, experience and the things that refuse to stay quiet.
The Artist
Music has always
been personal.
Michael Sysum is a musician, songwriter and producer whose work moves between intimate songwriting, guitar-driven performance and reinterpretation.
His catalogue isn't tied to a single sound. What connects it is something simpler: the song has to mean something.

BPS × Michael Sysum
Building something together.
Michael is BP002 — a Founding Protea of The Burnt Protea Society and part of the developing BPS Music Studio.
The relationship isn't about fitting an artist underneath a brand. It's about creating a space where musicians, writers and ideas can meet — and seeing what happens when they do.
